 Two force regions
 
The threads of the non-dig drill pipe produced in the company have two
 force regions. Such structure is designed to reduce the resistance that
a drill faces during   the construction process.
The pipes are designed to handle high torque while retaining a large inside
diameter for superior drilling fluid flow so that the threads will not deform.

   Forged connector
 
Connector material had been forged, that have
improved material density, changed the fibrous
texture of the material, so that the general mechanical
properties of the material have been more improved

 

  Nitride, phosphide or copper plating processing
 
Nitride, phosphide or copper plate processing to the rod ends
have ensured thread anti-corrosion, anti-bonding, and improved
joint surface fatigue resistance.

 

  Upsetting & thicking
 
Upsetting & thicking to the rods have improved
the metallurgical structure and enhanced the
impact toughness, that have ensured comprehensive
mechanical properties and the friction weld seals
not be broken.
